Hyundai Venue N Line Rival 2022 Mahindra XUV300 Sportz - Most Powerful Compact SUV

Mahindra XUV300 Sportz is all set to bring the powerful iteration of the XUV300 which will be called as XUV300 Sportz. This compact SUV was first showcased at the 2020 Auto Expo and now will be brought to the Indian market on October 7.

Under the hood, the XUV300 Sportz will continue to use the same 1.2L, three-cylinder, turbocharged petrol engine as the normal XUV300. However, the power is now tuned to 128 bhp which is a lot from the existing 109 bhp. This motor will be mated to a six-speed manual gearbox only!

XUV300 Turbo Sportz

As per reports on the internet, the XUV300 Sportz will be made available in multiple variants like W4, W6, W8 and W8(O). Unlike the Hyundai Venue N Line and Kia Sonet X Line where there are cosmetic changes only, the Sportz version of the XUV300 will have better performance and will be available in several variants to cater to the need of the buyers.

To distinguish itself from the regular trims, the Sportz XUV300 will have Sportz badging, body-coloured decals and we can also expect red-coloured highlights on the dashboard as well as AC vents. Do expect a different alloy wheels design with the compact SUV.

Feature-wise, an electric sunroof, touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, dual-zone climate control, electronic IRVM, projector headlights, LED daytime running lights, LED taillights, cruise control, push-button start/stop, power folding ORVMs and more will be seen.

Safety equipment on the XUV300 includes multiple airbags, front and rear parking sensors, ABS with EBD, electronic stability control, a high-speed alert system, front seat-belt reminder, tyre pressure monitoring system, traction control, hill hold control, rear disc brakes and more. XUV300 also scored 5 stars at the Global NCAP crash test rating and is the safest compact SUV in the segment.
